text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Am pus intr-o oala ciolanul, am pus apa cat sa il acopere, i-am pus putina sare si l-am lasat sa fiarba cam 1 ora jumatate- 2 ore pana cand carnea de da usor jos de pe os. Cand e fiert se scoate intr-un castron si se lasa sa se raceasca.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;In alta oala am pus fasolea la fiert, cu cateva foi de dafin si sare. Inainte sa inceapa apa am schimbat-o. Apoi cand este aproape fiarta fasolea, se da focul mai mic.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Intr-o tigaie se caleste ceapa in putin ulei, iar apoi dupa ce devine aurie se adauga vreo 2-3 min si morcovii si telina taiate cubulete. Apoi se adauga in oala de fasole si se lasa sa fiarba pana cand sunt fierte legumele.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Se pune sare si piper dupa gust, boia, se adauga crengutele de cimbru si se lasa sa fiarba pe mic. Intre timp ciolanul se taie felii, sau cum va place, si il punem peste fasole.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Se mai fierbe putin si e gata.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Noi am servit-o cu ceapa rosie cu putina sare si otet.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Eu am un aparat special cu care scot cotorul marului. Jumatatile se cresteaza usor cu un cutit bine ascutit si se stropesc cu zeama de lamaie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Se toarna aluatul intr-o forma de tort (eu am avut o forma de sticla rotunda) unsa si tapetata si se introduce la cuptor pentru 15 minute. Se scoate tava din cuptor si se pun jumatatile de mere cu crestaturile in sus. Se adauga in crestaturile marului miez de nuca taiat si deasupra se presara zahar brun. Salata se face rapid si este delicioasa!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 vanata mare&lt;br /&gt;3-4 linguri ulei pentru prajit&lt;br /&gt;1 ardei capia&lt;br /&gt;2 rosii fara pielita&lt;br /&gt;1 ceapa rosie&lt;br /&gt;3 catei de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;busuioc verde&lt;br /&gt;patrunjel verde&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru sos vinegreta:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 linguri ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;zeama de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;sare&lt;br /&gt;piper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cum se prepara:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se taie vanata felii subtiri, se pudreaza cu sare si se lasa la scurs circa 30 de minute. Se spala apoi sub jet de apa, se storc de apa avand grija sa nu se rupa si se prajesc pe ambele parti in ulei incins. Se scot pe prosoape absorbante pentru a inlatura surplusul de grasime.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se aseaza intr-o salatiera feliile de vanata intercalate cu rosii taiate cuburi, rondele de ardei capia, ceapa, usturoi taiat felii, busuioc si patrunjel. Legumele le-am asezat in straturi si am obtinut astfel o paleta coloristica minunata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Separat se amesteca 2 linguri de ulei de masline, zeama de lamaie (cat doriti de acru, eu am pus un sfert), sare si piper dupa gust. Peste feliile de carne se pune usturoi tocat fin, mai apoi putin mustar si sos worchester iar deasupra se presara ceapa tocata pestisori. text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Intre timp se bat bine cele 6 albusuri, se adauga 6 linguri de zahar, 4 linguri pesmet, 4 linguri nuca macinata, 1 lingura faina, praful de copt si zaharul vanilat si se amesteca pana cand se incorporeaza bine toate ingredientele.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Compozitia obtinuta se pune in tava, peste nuca prajita si se introduce la cuptor pentru 20-30 min, pana cand blatul este copt (eu l-am lasat cam 20 min, verificandu-l cu scobitoarea daca este facut). Apoi cratita se pune la foc mic si se fierbe crema pana se ingroasa, amestecandu-se pentru a nu se lipi. Se bat albusurile spuma, se adauga 100 g zahar tos si se bat pana ce spuma s-a intarit bine (eu verific intorcand castronul invers, si daca nu se misca inseamna ca le-am batut bine).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se ia din spuma cate un bulgaras si se pune la fiert in laptele care este la foc, dar care sa nu clocoteasca, pentru ca se sparg bulgarii(eu asa am patit la primii dintre ei). Se lasa 2 minute pe fiecare parte si dupa se scot pe un platou.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se freaca galbenusurile cu 100 g zahar tos intr-o oala, amestecand pana cand incepe sa se ingroase putin, iar mai apoi se adauga incet laptele in care au fiert bulgarasii de albus. A fost o provocare adevarata pe care am terminat-o in 2 zile , 14 ore. Anul acesta am folosit alta reteta decat cea de anul trecut si anume:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingrediente: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pentru blat&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;220 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;200 gr zahar brun&lt;br /&gt;250 gr miere&lt;br /&gt;1 ou&lt;br /&gt;o lingurita de sare&lt;br /&gt;o lingurita ghimbir, scortisoara, bicarbonat, cuisoare&lt;br /&gt;840 gr faina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pentru crema de zahar &lt;/strong&gt;(cu care se lipesc peretii si se decoreaza casuta)&lt;br /&gt;500 gr zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;2 albuse&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pentru decorare&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bomboane de ciocolata, martipan, etc&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se topeste pe foc mic zaharul cu mierea si untul si se lasa la racit. Intr-un castron se amesteca faina cu ghimbirul, scortisoara, bicarbonatul , cuisoarele si oul iar apoi se adauga siropul din zahar lasat la racit. Aluatul obtinut se imparte in 3-4 parti se impacheteaza in folie de plastic si se pune la frigider.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intre timp se taie formele pentru casute. Dimensiunile dupa care am facut eu casutele sunt : pentru fata casei 16 cm la baza, inaltimea pana la acoperis 8,5 cm,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;si linia oblica pe care se va sprijini acoperisul 10,5 cm. Peretele lateral 14 cm la baza si 8,5 inaltimea iar acoperisul 17,5 cm pe 13 cm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se incalzeste cuptorul la temperatura medie. Se pune in tava hartie de copt. Se scoate una dintre partile de aluat din frigider si se intinde cu sucitorul pana ce are aproximativ o grosime de 0,5 cm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se coc partile casutei cam 20 de minute pana incepe sa prinda o culoare frumoasa. Mi-a luat cam 4 ore pana sa fie gata finisata.Reteta o am de pe internet si este destul de buna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: right;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_WDmPtbSnp-g/TO5lJHY3VhI/AAAAAAAAADI/VF79PVBXecA/s1600/31789_116427691731900_100000940105902_80713_6836408_n.jpg" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="300" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_WDmPtbSnp-g/TO5lJHY3VhI/AAAAAAAAADI/VF79PVBXecA/s400/31789_116427691731900_100000940105902_80713_6836408_n.jpg" width="400" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Pentru a realiza căsuţa din turtă dulce aveţi nevoie de &lt;/b&gt;:&amp;nbsp; 250 g unt  fără sare, 200 g zahăr tos brun, o căniţă de miere, 600 g făină, 2  linguriţe praf de copt, 4 linguriţe ghimbir măcinat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Decorul va fi realizat din&lt;/b&gt;  :&amp;nbsp; 200 g fulgi de migdale, 2 albuşuri de ou, 500 g zahăr pudră , plus  extra pentru presărare, 125 g mini batoane din ciocolată, selecţie  generoasă de dulcuiuri, 1 mini rulou de ciocolată, câteva biluţe  argintii comestibile pentru decor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;1.&lt;/b&gt; Se  încălzeşte cuptorul la 200 grade C. Se dizolvă untul cu zahărul şi  mierea într-un vas. Se amestecă făina cu praful de copt şi ghimbirul  măcinat într-un bol mare, apoi se adaugă unt compoziţiei pentru a obţine  o cocă. Dacă nu se leagă, se adaugă un strop de apă.&lt;b&gt; Secretul  unei turte dulci reuşite: trebuie frămăntată de trei-patru ori. Mulţi o  frămăntă doar o dată, dar nu iese suficient de afânată&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;2. &lt;/b&gt;Se  decupează modelul. Se aşează o foaie pergament pe suprafaţa de lucru şi  se întide un sfert din aluat la grosimea a doua monede. Se taie una  dintre secţiuni, apoi se transferă bucata de turtă dulce pe hârtia  pergament, într-o tavă, se repetă procedeul cu aluatul rămas, rulând din  nou bucăţile rămase, până când se obţin doi pereţi laterali, doi pereţi  faţă- spate şi două plăci de acoperiş. Aluatul ramas poate fi decupat  în formă de pomi de Crăciun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;3. &lt;/b&gt;Se aleg fulgi  întregi de migdale şi se înfing în plăcile de acoperiş, cu partea  îngustă în sus pentru a arăta ca ţiglele de pe acoperiş.&amp;nbsp; &lt;b&gt;Se coc toate secţiunile 12 minute, până când devin ferme şi puţin mai închise la culoare pe margini&lt;/b&gt;  . Se lasă să se răcească alte câteva minute, pentru a se întări, apoi  se decupează uşor pe margini după model, pentru a obţine margini  precise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;4.&lt;/b&gt; Se pun albuşurile e ou intr-un bol  mare, se adaugă zahărul pudră, apoi se amestecă pentru a obtţne o  glazură groasă şi moale. Se pune glazura într-un sprit cu capăt de  mărime medie. Se traseaza glazura pe marginile pereţilor , unul câte  unul, pentru a-i fixa împreună. Folosiţi un bol mic ca suport pentru  pereţii din interior. Apoi se lasă să se răcească câteva ore.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;5. &lt;/b&gt;Odată  uscaţi pereţii , se îndepărtează bolul şi se fixează plăcile  acoperişului . Unghiul este abrupt astfel că va fi nevoie să le  menţineti presate câteva minute, până când galzura începe să se usuce.  Se lasă să se răcească complet, cel mai bine peste noapte. Pentru decor,  se aplică cu spritul putină glazură pe lungimea a 20 de minibatoane de  ciocolată şi se aplică pe lăţime , pe pereţii exteriori ai casei.&amp;nbsp;  Folosiţi trei, pe lungime, pentru uşă.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;6. &lt;/b&gt;Cu  ajutorul glazurii, se lipesc bomboane de jur împrejurul uşii şi deasupra  acesteia. Pentru a crea ţurturii, se ţine spritul într-un unghi de 90  grade cu acoperişul şi se trasează glazura , mişcând capătul spritului  înainte şi înapoi&amp;nbsp; până când galzura va lăsa o dâră ascuţită. Astfel se  decorează partea din faţa casei. Se taie în diagonală mini-ruloul de  ciocolată , apoi se fixează cu glazura pe acoperişul casei, pentru a  crea hornul. Am cautat impreuna cu mama o reteta care sa ne surada in zecile de reviste si carti de bucate si am gasit o reteta foarte buna. Briosele au iesit foarte bune cu un aluat pufos. Si acum sa va impartasesc si voua reteta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_WDmPtbSnp-g/TN_UfB5PD_I/AAAAAAAAADA/5eC_u64MMew/s1600/DSC04236.JPG" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_WDmPtbSnp-g/TN_UfB5PD_I/AAAAAAAAADA/5eC_u64MMew/s320/DSC04236.JPG" width="320" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente pentru aluat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 g unt&lt;br /&gt;3 oua&lt;br /&gt;150 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;200 g iaurt&lt;br /&gt;300 g faina&lt;br /&gt;1 plic praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;1 plic zahar vanilat&lt;br /&gt;sare&lt;br /&gt;ulei&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru umplutura:&lt;br /&gt;(puteti sa alegeti ce doriti dumneavoastra) eu am ales:&lt;br /&gt;fulgi de ciocolata&lt;br /&gt;coaja de portocala&lt;br /&gt;portocala uscata&lt;br /&gt;nuca&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;Se amesteca ouale cu zaharul, un praf de sare, zaharul vanilat, si untul pana se obtine o crema omogena.&lt;br /&gt;Apoi se adauga iaurtul, treptat. Dupa ce s-a incorporat se adauga faina si praful de copt.&lt;br /&gt;In tava de briose de pun formele, sau in caz ca nu aveti se pune doar pe fundul formelor hartie de copt, se ung formele cu ulei iar mai apoi se pune o lingura de compozitie, la mijloc se pun fulgi de ciocolata sau nuci sau ce alegeti dvs. si se mai pune o lingura de compozitie deasupra.&lt;br /&gt;Formele trebuie umplute doar pana la jumatate, pentru ca briosele sa creasca frumos.&lt;br /&gt;Se coc la cuptor aproximativ 30 de minute. Cu toate ca a durat cam mult pana a fost gata (cam 3 ore) a iesit delicioasa. Reteta nu o mai scriu am sa postez siteul de unde o am. Reteta o am dintr-un caietel vechi cu retete ce a apartinut bunicii mele.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tort Joffre&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 grame unt&lt;br /&gt;6 oua&lt;br /&gt;250 grame zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;50 grame cacao&lt;br /&gt;100 grame zahar tos&lt;br /&gt;5 linguri apa&lt;br /&gt;2 linguri faina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modul de preparare :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se amesteca cele 50 grame de cacao cu zaharul tos si apa, se pun pe foc pana se ingroasa iar mai apoi se lasa deoparte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intr-un  caston se freaca untul cu zaharul pudra si se adauga cele 6  galbenusuri, mai apoi dupa ce s-a format o crema fina se adauga cacaoa  racita.&lt;br /&gt;Compozitia obtinuta se imparte astfel : 3/4 din compozitie se pune la  frigider iar in 1/4 din compozitie se adauga 2 linguri de faina si cele 6  albusuri batute spuma. Se amesteca pana se obtine o compozitie  consistenta iar mai apoi se pune intr-o forma de copt pentru aproximativ  30 min. depinde de temperatura cuptorului mai exact se face testul cu  scobitoarea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce blatul s-a copt il lasati sa se raceasca, mai apoi crema  pusa la frigider o puneti deasupra sau puteti taia blatul si o puneti la  mijloc.&lt;br /&gt;Eu l-am tapetat pe margine cu putina crema si migdale. Pentru o prima zi voi mai lucra putin la setari, aplicatii, etc iar dupa vom da startul unei experiente culinare, cu ce am mai gatit, ce am mai servit prin diferite zone atat ale Romaniei cat si in afara!
